Automated fuel management platform for fleets and owner-operators
Fuel Intelligence for Drivers and Fleets
Know which trucks are running low and where they should fill up at your price. Then look back at last month's receipts and see where the money went.
Questions? Write to sales@fuelroutex.com. Pricing depends on fleet size.
Runs on your ELD data, your supplier price sheets and your fuel card exports. Nothing to install in the truck.
Features
Know where every truck should fuel.
Your ELD knows where the trucks are and how much is in the tank. Your price sheets know what you pay. FuelRouteX puts the two together.
- 01
Cheapest stop nearby
For every truck, the lowest-cost station inside the radius you set, so drivers fuel without a detour.
- 02
Your contract price, not the pump price
Stops are ranked by what you actually pay under your supplier contracts, not the posted retail price.
- 03
Range you can trust
Live fuel level from your ELD shows how far each truck can go before it has to stop.
- 04
Low-fuel watch
Trucks running low or critical are flagged first, with a recommended stop ready to send.
- 05
Savings from real receipts
Monthly savings are measured from your fuel card purchases, not from projections.
- 06
One account, several companies
Each subsidiary keeps its own ELD connection, prices and users under one login.
How It Works
Connect, recommend, verify.
You already have the data. Here's what we do with it.
- 1
Connect
Connect your ELD for each subsidiary, upload your price sheets and import your fuel card file. Nothing goes in the truck.
- 2
Recommend
We keep a recommended stop ready for every truck and update it when the truck moves, the tank drops or a price changes.
- 3
Verify
At the end of the month the savings audit compares what you paid with cheaper stations your trucks already use. You'll see exactly where money was left on the table.
Integrations
Works with what you already have.
Start with your ELD and the files your suppliers and card program already send you.
Your ELD
AvailableVehicles, GPS position and fuel level through your ELD's API. One connection per subsidiary, refreshed on a schedule, plus webhooks where your ELD offers them.
Docs →Fuel card exports
CSV importUpload the CSV export from your card program. Duplicates are skipped, so re-importing an overlapping date range won't count anything twice.
Docs →Contract price sheets
CSV and ExcelDrop in your suppliers' price sheets. We recognize the usual column names, and the newest effective price wins.
Docs →Retail pricing
OptionalSwitch to Retail, or Contract plus Retail, to fill the gaps where you don't have a contract price.

FAQ
Common questions.
Didn't find yours? The docs go deeper, or just email us.
How Much Does It Cost?
It depends on the size of your fleet. Email sales@fuelroutex.com and we'll put a plan together.
Do Drivers Have to Take Detours?
No. We only look at stations near where the truck already is, inside a radius you set (10 miles by default). Your team decides which stop to send.
Which Fuel Prices Do You Use?
Your contract prices come first. If you turn on retail pricing, stations without a contract price use retail instead.
How Do You Calculate Savings?
From your actual fuel card purchases. For each station and month we compare the median price you paid with the cheapest other station your trucks used in the same state, multiply the difference by a typical fill, and rate it High, Medium or Low confidence. It's an estimate, and we label it as one.
Which ELDs Do You Work With?
We connect through your ELD's API, one connection per subsidiary. The docs list what's supported today, or just email us about yours.
Do Drivers Need to Install an App?
No. Your office team uses FuelRouteX. Truck location and fuel level come straight from the ELD.
How Do You Protect Our Data?
Integration tokens are encrypted and never shown again after you save them. Access is limited by role and subsidiary, and changes to settings, connections, users and imports are logged.
Where Can I Read Your Terms and Conditions?
Our Customer Terms and Conditions (version 1.1, effective November 1, 2026) cover subscriptions, billing, data rights, liability and cancellation.
How Do You Handle Personal Information?
Our Privacy Notice explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and that we never sell personal information or share one fleet's contract prices with another.
