Contract Prices
Upload supplier price sheets in CSV or Excel and see how columns are recognized.
Last Updated
Contract prices are the discounted prices you have negotiated with your fuel suppliers. Upload the price sheets your suppliers send you and FuelRouteX uses them to rank stations for every truck.
Uploading a Price Sheet
- Open Settings → Pricing and find Contract Price Sheets.
- Choose Upload Price Sheet, then pick the supplier: Love's, Pilot/Flying J or TA Petro. There is no default, so the supplier is always explicit.
- Select the file and upload. Results appear under Contract Price Sheets when processing finishes.
You need permission to upload prices. Tenant admins and accounting users have it by default; see Roles and Security.
Supported Files
- CSV (.csv), Excel (.xlsx) and older Excel (.xls), up to 10 MB.
- Up to 10 sheets per workbook, 50,000 rows and 100 columns.
- Title rows above the table are fine: the header row is found automatically within the first 40 rows.
Recognized Columns
Column names are matched without regard to case or punctuation, and # is read as "no" (so Store # matches store no). A sheet needs a customer price column, plus enough identifying columns such as store number, state and city to be recognized.

How Rows Are Read
- Station: identified by station code, or by store number and state. Rows without either (such as titles or totals) are skipped.
- Price: the customer price, or retail price minus the discount when the customer price is empty. A missing or zero price is reported as a row error.
- Effective date: taken from the row, or from a labelled cell above the table (Effective Date, Price Effective Date or Pricing Date), or from a date in the file name such as
2026-09-30or9-30-2026. Excel dates, YYYY-MM-DD, M/D/YYYY, M/D/YY and ISO timestamps are accepted. A row with no date anywhere is reported as an error. - One price per station: if a station appears more than once, the latest effective date wins.
- Prices are stored as diesel contract prices for the chosen supplier.
Re-uploading and Duplicates
Uploading the exact same file again changes nothing and you will see Already Uploaded. Rows that are older than, or identical to, the price already stored are counted as duplicates and skipped.
Errors
Each upload lists its results, including up to 50 row errors with the reason, so you can fix the sheet and upload it again. New prices are picked up by recommendations right away.
